I am Prakash Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) and currently exploring ways to integrate WhatsApp Business into our HubSpot workflows. I have seen that the official integration may require a higher-tier plan or onboarding support.
I have really appreciate your suggestions and feedback if you have implemented something similar—especially with European use cases.
Hey @prakashhinduja if you don’t currently have this on your HubSpot tier, you can still use a third party provided. If you search the HubSpot marketplace for “whatsapp” there’s a lot of integrations available that should be available on your tier
Hi @prakashhinduja , you’re correct that the native WhatsApp integration in HubSpot usually sits behind higher-tier plans and can require onboarding.
For your case in Switzerland, many teams use certified marketplace apps like WhatsHub, Twilio, or 360dialog to connect WhatsApp Business with HubSpott
These tools let you send and receive messages directly in the CRM, log conversations on contacts, and even trigger workflows. You can browse them in the HubSpot App Marketplace (HubSpot Marketplace).
If you’re mainly looking at workflow automation, you can also build rules around incoming WhatsApp messages by pairing one of these apps with HubSpot Workflows
This way, replies or lead capture events from WhatsApp can automatically trigger updates, tasks, or sequences. For what it’s worth, we’ve seen companies struggle when these tools don’t keep contact data consistent across systems. That’s actually why we built Stacksync to handle two-way, real-time sync between HubSpot and external platforms or databases, so no lead or message event gets lost
It removes the “dirty plumbing” of manual fixes and scales better if you connect HubSpot not just to WhatsApp, but also to ERPs, SQL, or analytics.
Happy to walk you through a quick pilot if that would be helpful.
