I’m following up on an issue I posted earlier regarding my HubSpot CMS for Developers II: Best Practices practicum submission. I submitted the practicum over two weeks ago, and while I recently received an email confirming that I’ve passed the test, my certification status on the platform still hasn’t been updated—it remains the same as before.
I’ve replied and tagged you in the original post since I haven’t received any responses yet. I’ve also attached a screenshot showing the confirmation email alongside my current view in the portal.
Could you kindly look into this or point me in the right direction for further support? I’d really appreciate your help.

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community board! I’m happy to help out with this. I am showing the certificate was awarded 9 days ago, I would recommend downloading the certificate from the my profile tab in the academy page.
