# Practical Exercise not working

I’ve completed the entire Contextual Marketing course including passing the exam, however, it seems I cannot be given the certificate unless I complete the practical exercise.

Everytime I try to do it, the web browser (Chrome) opens a new tab but nothing loads on the page besides the navigation bar.

Could you please assist me with this so I may receive my certification?

Thanks for reaching out! At this time, in order to complete this certification you will need a paid Marketing Pro or Enterprise subscription!

Hi,

I’m facing a similar issue - I’ve completed two assessments yet none is showing as completed.

How can I check whether these are completed and are waiting to be graded or the system isn’t recording its completion at all?

Hi,

I am facing the same problem.

I have completed the excerises however there is no way for me to tell if i have infact completed it or what the next step is.

I have tried to do the course of HobSopt software - Need help please

Are you able to grant access to a free trial or something like that so I can get the full certificate? I completed the entire course already…
