Hi there,

I’m going through the HubSpot Sales Software course and have completed the practical Exercises as per instructions however its been a good number of days and its not been graded as completed. Could someone assist with regards to this as I would like to proceed with the exam but not feeling confident knowing the practicals are not cleared.

Hi @fabianseet,

Thanks for reaching out! I ran your email address in our backend and it seems that the ‘create a deal’ exercise has been started but not completed so that it can be graded. Can you please double check and or create a new deal?

Hi Cristina,

Thanks for looking into this. I’ve created a deal and its the HS deals but there no complete button whatsoever. Maybe you can advise what it means or how i can check its completed?

Under the Deals window, its in the presentation column. Hope this helps.
