# Possible Bug

“The [get\_object\_properties] tool is failing to return all custom properties for an object. It recently failed to return the [count\_of\_tickets] property on the Company object, which was confirmed to exist and be populated via screenshots. This forces a manual, inefficient workaround and undermines the agent’s ability to discover available data.”
