Why don't I have a default Pipeline in the Orders section?

I can’t create Pipelines in the free version, but I should have one enabled by default, and I don’t. Why? How can I get one?

Welcome back to the Community!

In HubSpot’s free tools, users can access the default pipeline, but can’t create custom pipelines. Free accounts have a limit of 0 custom pipelines, while creating an additional pipeline requires a Starter, Professional, or Enterprise subscription.

Thanks for clarifying that for me!!

You are correct that you should have a default pipeline under the Orders object. If you’re not seeing what looks like a pipeline, could you please be sure that you’re clicking the ‘Board view’ like seen in my screenshot?

Yes, I have clicked the board view and there is no pipeline there…

I have contacted Hubspot via chat and they sent me here…
