When sending off a custom notification in a workflow (very useful) we don’t have the ability for users to be notified of that notification via pop-up or browser. We have call agents who need to be notified of high priority call tasks, but right now we have to notify them for all tasks, which is a problem. Please give us the option to make a pop-up and browser notification for custom notifications, as usually custom notifications are some of the most important notifications users will receive.
