I want to send leads that are using three different versions of the same product to a single form, but would like Hubspot to keep track of what version respondents are using without asking them again.
If I use a hidden field, will it be populated with the property stored in the CRM? Leads may not have visited our website, so they don’t necessarily have tracking cookies installed in their devices.
Alternatively, can I pre-fill that field in the form with a workflow?
If neither work, the only solution I can think of is cloning the form to exploit data separately.

Q: Populate hidden form fields with a known property?
Short A: Please see Auto-populate form fields with a query string
Remember, you must use the INTERNAL value in your query string. Just one reason to plan internal values well so they don’t need to change in the future. (a real pain)

Thanks, Frank! It’s a bit of a hack, but yes this is what I was looking for.
