Bump. Functionality hasn’t changed in the last 2 years - there are more customisation options on the ‘reply to idea’ box here than there are on the pop up form. I’m unclear (as were HS support) on what the point of the image is if it’s thumbnail sized, and at the very least the form should have the same basic customisation as standard HS forms.
