# pop open the chat widget directly

_Add a fourth option_ to **pop open the chat widget** directly without had opened the welcome message before

Because for the moment, the option I 've choosen opens the welcome message first and the entire chat widget after.

But if the first welcome message is closed by the user, the later pop open of the entire chat widget (in the parametred delay) is aborted.

The welcome message is not engaging as the opening of the chat widget (which permit to show, questions and answers to the user, and that is more ).

It’s in Chatflow → Display → Chat display behavior

Or permit us to create buttons directly in the “Welcome message” as you can see in the Intercom chat box
