I navigate to content → podcasts and click the start from scratch button, I fill in all the fields (title, description, language) and click create show. I get this error message: **There was a problem creating your podcast show** I tried it a couple of times nothing happens ---

Hey @LarsvanBuuren, thank you for posting in our Community! I’ve checked our[status page](https://status.hubspot.com/) and looks like it’s all normal. Sorry, you’re running into this issue! Is there more information on the error in specific? Did someone else on your team also get the same error? It could be a temporary glitch or something with the input fields. I would recommend to please try[clearing your browser cache](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-and-landing-pages/clear-your-browser-cache) and ensure all fields are correctly filled. Hi, I tried deleting the cache and logging out and back in again but nothing changed. I asked some team members if they are able to get it to work but they have the same issue. ---

No not yet. Checked again todat if the tool works but it doesn’t. I will try and open a support case. ---

Hi, my colleague found the solution. Apparently it has something to do with seats. You should be on a ‘core seat’ this seat isn’t available in our subspriction but when we turn of the seats that we are currently on (in my case this was the service professional seat) the podcast tool magically starts working. So I guess this is some sort of bug because I assume it should also work while i’m on a service seat. But quick fix: turn of your seat and it works.
