It would be really useful to be able to use meeting requested date/time where a connected calendar isn’t available.
Due to our sales team are on different time zones, they don’t use a unified calendar therefore it’s not applicable to connect a calendar, but we wanted to use the meeting tool nonetheless to capture date/time requests to send individualized requests or counter requests to leads.
The idea was to capture and pass the requested meeting date/time date to the sales team via an internal automated email, but it turns out the only available property (date of last meetings booked) requires a connected calendar to work. For this reason it’s impossible to use meeting tool to capture requested date/time although Hubspot itself captures it and uses that particular data in a notification email (xxx xxx couldn’t book a meeting because your calendar is disconnected) so the data is there already.
Please create a property named something like “date of last meeting requested” and make it available where a connected calendar is not available.
