Thank you, the summary you write is correct. I would like to see for
incoming emails from existing clients a log as well. My tracking and logging
as well as my teams tracking and logging is on. Existing clients that write
us without a chain should also be logged automatically so that everyone in
the team can see all existing client emails. What if someone doesn’t see an
email or does not reply? That is our issue
