I have created a playbook but unable to dowload the responses by the team? How can I access the same?

Would you be able to please clarify downloading responses by the team? Are you referring to engagements that are recorded on a contact’s record after a salesperson fills them out on a playbook as shown here?
I just want to make sure we’re understanding properly so the community can assist

Yes I am reffering to the same. While I have created the playbook and my team has entered responses against the same. I unable to download responses to analyse data and through reports all answers are being merged into one single cell
Was this ever resolved? I am facing the same issues.
