Thanks for the question. Because this distinction isn’t explicit called out in the documentation, I’d suggest filing a support ticket for this one.
To clarify — is this working as designed, but not as we expect? Or is this an unexpected result when using externally booked meetings, playbooks, and notes?
I’d provide the following details:
- example where the notes worked as expected
- example where it was shared unexpectedly
