Place the email index page within the main navigation for easier access

We should add the email index page to the main navigation bar. It’s really hidden at the moment, and if you don’t know where to look, you’ll never find it. Putting it in the navigation would make it easy for everyone to see and bookmark.

Currenlty we can only go to the page by going into any of the Record Index pages and switching to email
