Hi all,

I’ve been trying to set up our pipeline reports in HubSpot but so far haven’t succeeded to configure it how we would like to see it. Also couldn’t find the answer in any of the recent topic, hence my question.

We have five active pipelines which we would like to track in our dashbords. What we would like to see is the following:

- Amount of deals per deal stage per pipeline

- Comparison current amount of deals per deal stage vs. last month

Your help is appreciated!

Thank you

Kind regards,

---

Hi @QuintenTM,

HubSpot isn’t very good at month-over-month or year-over-year reports. If you want that kind of comparison, you need to create two reports and put them in a dashboard, side by side for easy comparison.

The shortest way to your report(s) is the _Report library_ (_Menu_ \> _Reports_ \> _Reports_ \> _Reports library_). Search for “Deal totals by stage” and click _Edit in builder_.

Click _Filters_ on the upper left of the screen, adjust _Create date_ to “is this month”, select the _Pipeline_ that you’re interested in, play around with the chart type to find something that you like and save the report. Now repeat all these steps for _Create date_ “is last month”. (You can clone the report that you just craeted under _Menu_ \> _Reports_ \> _Reports_. Just find the report, click _Actions_ and _Clone_.)

Then repeat all of the above steps again for the other pipelines and neatly place them into a dashboard.

Hope this helps!
