Pipeline + Prospecting monthly raport.

Hi,
I’d like to create a monthly report that sends a snapshot or a summary of the current pipeline and the second report that would send the same info but containing “Prospecting” summary.
Is it currently doable?

Yes, you can create monthly reports for both your current pipeline and a separate one for prospecting in HubSpot. Use the Reports tool to set up custom reports. Here’s how:

  1. Custom Reports: Go to your HubSpot dashboard and navigate to Reports > Reports. Click on “Create custom report” and choose “Deals” for pipeline reports or “Contacts” for prospecting activities.
  2. Configure Metrics: Select the metrics and properties relevant to your pipeline and prospecting stages. Set the filters to match your requirements.
  3. Scheduling Reports: Once the reports are configured, you can schedule them to be sent monthly. Go to the report’s options and choose “Email report”, then set the frequency to monthly.

This will give you a monthly snapshot of your pipeline and prospecting activities directly via email.
