If you want to visualize the amount of deals that were in that stage this week and last week, this cannot be done in a custom report. One HubSpot report could either tell you how many deals entered one stage last week and how many are in it now – but not for multiple stages.
However, there is a report in the sales collections which does something very similar, ‘Historical snapshot’: Create sales reports in the sales analytics suite
Set the filters like this:
The graph will show the deal amount, when you scroll down, you’ll have a table with the count of deals.
This is as close as you can get to your requirements in HubSpot. The exact report you’re looking for is not possible, unfortunately.
