We would like to personalize our next emailing sent to our customers.
We wouldl like to integrate the following personalized token:
. Mail From Name of each CSM
. Mail From of each CSM
. First Name of each CSM
. Email of each CSM
. Phone Number of each CSM
I can’t find Phone Number property within the list, only Meeting Link as seen below
Can you help me find out how to integrate personalized phone number please?

Unfortunately that’s not possible at this stage. The phone number is not part of the custom owner properties.
If you want to use a personalization token for a phone number, you’d have to create another custom property for that. You could either populate that field by bulk edit, by workflow (using if/then branches for each owner) or by exporting your contacts, using VLOOKUP to assign the phone number and then re-importing the contacts. Far from ideal, I know.
I fully agree that this would be a useful feature. Other users have started a thread to request this from the HubSpot product team here. I’d recommend upvoting and commenting with your use case.
