Hi, we’re using Hubspot to help manage a team email account of a small team of 4 people.
Is there a way to get a personal email signature to show up automatically when replying or sending new emails out from the team account. I’ve set up the signature in my profile settings, but cant seem to get it to show up.

Thank you for reaching out.
The signature you set up in your profile settings will appear when sending emails from records; but not from the conversations tool.
For that, you can use a team email signature by following those steps. In there, you will be able to add personalization tokens to add the name of the user who sent the email.
