Persistent Contact Selection Across Multiple Pages in HubSpot

Currently, in HubSpot, when working within the Contacts tab, users face a limitation that hinders efficient workflow. Specifically, if a user is selecting contacts across multiple pages – for instance, 10 contacts from one page, 5 from the second, 8 from the third, and so on – with the goal of enrolling these contacts in a specific sequence, there’s a significant usability issue. The problem arises when the selection made on previous pages is lost or erased as the user navigates to a new page. This forces users to either enroll contacts in a sequence page-by-page, which is inefficient, especially when some pages may only have a few relevant contacts, or to endure the repetitive and frustrating task of reselecting contacts.

The proposed solution is to implement a feature that allows for persistent selection of contacts across multiple pages. This would enable users to select contacts from various pages without losing their previous selections. Once the desired number of contacts (say 50) is reached, the user can then easily enroll all these selected contacts into a specific sequence in one action (or perform another bulk action).

This feature would greatly improve user experience, particularly for those dealing with large databases of contacts, and enhance the overall efficiency of managing and segmenting contacts in HubSpot.

@hubspot do you have a workaorund for this issue currently as it’s really frustrating.
