Summary
Please allow users to save and persist custom views (filters + columns) specifically in Segments → Folders, including a default view for that tab.
Current behavior
- The main Segments index supports custom columns, saved views (filters + columns), and default views.
- Segments → Folders uses a separate default column layout and does not persist saved views or column configuration.
- Each time I return to Folders, the columns revert to the default set.
Why this matters
Folders are the most natural way for us to organize and manage a large segment library day-to-day. The current reset creates repeated manual work and makes the Folders tab much less useful for ongoing operations.
Requested improvement
- Support saved views (filters + columns) within Segments → Folders.
- Allow setting a default view for the Folders tab that remembers the selected columns.
- Bring parity with view behavior across other HubSpot index pages (where views persist and can be set as default).
Expected outcome
Faster day-to-day segment management, fewer clicks, and consistent behavior between the main Segments index and the Folders tab.
