Maybe this is not a development question, but I have created a HubSpot form and want to add a follow up email, however it says I don’t have the right permissions. What kind of permissions does one need in order to use follow up emails?

The Form follow-up emails are part of our Free CRM package and so I do not believe this is a subscription based issue. The error you’re facing will be in relation to Admin permissions being required.
You’ll need to reach out to your Super Admin to request Admin permissions in order to create Follow-up emails for your forms.
