We are trying to empower our staff to create as much as the can in HubSpot, including surveys. Yesterday a employee sent out a surveys to more than 9000 people for a mistake instead of sending a test survey. In my opinion it is too easy to publish a survey.
1) Can you add a check box for publish survey in Permission Sets. One thing is to create a survey, but another thing and more responsability to publish a survey. There should be a special permission sets to publish a survey.
2) Don’t have default list of contact to be sent to (became a customer more than 30 days ago). This is very dangerous. Let us pick the audience.
