Please let us set permission not only to template itself, but alos template folders. We want to hide template folders to other team member.

Totally agree. Rather than setting permissions for hundreds of individual templates there should be some settings on the containing folder (even a simple checkbox option) for passing the folder’s sharing settings down to all contained templates and override any individual template sharing options. Probably the simplest way to maintain correct sharing permissions on hundreds of Sales Templates.

Yep- this needs to be addressed ASAP in HubSpot.

We absolutely agree here too. Above all, [@Justin\_Anderson](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/164419) gets right to the point. The sharing of templates could be made folder-dependent, if desired. This saves a lot of time and makes it much clearer for the user in the end. We have teams that only have access to the templates in one folder, yet they scroll through a huge list of folders that they don’t need.

Hi everyone,

I’m Ana, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Templates tool.

At this time there are no plans to develop this idea. Folder-level permissions for templates isn’t something we’re planning to prioritize at this time.
This is not to say that this idea will never be developed, just that there are no plans to do so at this time.

Best,
Ana
