I think it would be very useful to be able to export individual form submissions, in the form of a pdf.

This could provide information and records for companies that have HubSpot but do not give all employees access.

Hi Hubspot,

We’ve been using your awesome product for almost 5 years now.

We work with multiple brands and use Hubspot forms for all of our client and customer relationships and management - for example: signing a non-disclosure agreement form on Hubspot which is found on a Hubspot landing page.

When a form is submitted, relevant people are notified and the email notification is sent to the client. The problem that we have and have always experienced, is the need to download the form submission into a pdf.

If a client of ours is not a Hubspot user, then they can’t access the information and really need a pdf version of the form to safeguard. An email notification doesn’t legally work and they need a copy of the form submission in case they want to print it out.

I really think allowing users to download a form submission into a pdf would be a smart idea! And I am 100% certain it will be a feature used across sooooo many businesses around the world.

Develop the **Ability to download a form submission into pdf at the click of a button**

Thanks for your consideration!

Cheers,

Holly

It would be great to have the option to export form submissions as PDFs in addition to Excel export.

We’re also looking for this feature. We’d like to have pdfs for compliance and audit purposes.

We need this too. Working in post-secondary education, we need copies of our students’ application forms to submit to our governing bodies. Right now we export and mail merge into a Word template and then save as a PDF, but it’s so much manual work 😞

Coming at this in October of 2021 -- does anyone know if this has been addressed by Hubspot? I’m trying to export individual form submissions as PDF with one of my forms right now and not having any luck.

Agreed! Trying to find either an application in the marketplace or for Hubspot to add this as a new feature. We use the attachment section a lot and this would be ideal for us to utilize.

It seems like a huge gap that we can’t export a form submission as a PDF for use with the customer or other internal uses. If anyone has a workaround, I would love to hear it. This lack of functionality prevents us from really using the Forms feature.

Please get this feature to work. Would really benefit from having form submissions exported as .pdf.
Are there any current work arounds besides simply copying and pasting into word and saving as a .pdf?

</div>

Yes! I really need this. I’m currently using an app called PDF generator by Manobyte. It’s ok, but it’s more work and only certain members of my team have access. I need form submissions as PDFs, or even better auto-generate the PDF and email to the contact listed to receive the notifications & submissions.
