# Payout Alert Emails Causing Confusion

Can we get Client and Proposal info on the Payout alert emails?  
Currently there is no information and when you click the email to see transactions it still does not show any detail of who the payment is coming from.

This is getting very frustrating for our accounting department as we move all our payment transactions over to the HubSpot system.

This is a big issue, there is no way to track exactly which incoming payments correlate to which payouts, how can anyone do accounting properly like this?

I completely agree. This is a HUGE problem for our accounting department. If we could tie payouts to particular payments my life would be so much easier.

I agree with this. Very frustrating for me as bookkeeper as well. I end up emailing my self ever receipt that is sent to the client to enter our them into our accounting software. Would be nice if the info on these were on the payout alerts so I wouldn’t have to do this extra step. The payout emails do me no good.
