# Payment Schedule / Installments

Today, the Payment Schedule (installments) feature only exists in the legacy quotes tool. In the new CPQ / Commerce Hub quoting experience, there is no native way to split the quote total into multiple installments with different due dates (e.g. 30/60/90 days).

In our use case (Brazil), it’s very common to work with:

Down payment + 2 or 3 installments (30/60/90 days);  
Percentage-based split (e.g. 40% on acceptance, 30% on partial delivery, 30% on project completion);  
Installments tied to project milestones.  
It would be extremely helpful to have, in the new quotes experience, an equivalent of the legacy Payment Schedule, allowing us to configure:

Number of installments;  
Amount or % per installment;  
Due date (fixed date or milestone-based);  
Clear display of these installments to the customer on the quote.  
Without this, we have to describe in a manual way the payment structure only in “Terms and conditions”
