HubSpot currently doesn’t offer a global font setting for emails, regardless of whether you use the dropdown options or custom coding.

Here are two effective workarounds to maintain consistent formatting:

  1. Pre-built Templates: Create pre-built email templates in HubSpot with your desired formatting. Simply paste your content into designated sections within the template. This approach offers some control over formatting while ensuring consistency.
  2. HTML Editor: Utilize HubSpot’s email editor in the “code view” section. Here, you can create your email directly in HTML and save the modules. This effectively resolves issues with font styles and unwanted line breaks. (Note: Some familiarity with HTML is recommended for this approach.)

By implementing these workarounds, you can achieve consistent formatting while leveraging the benefits of HubSpot’s tracked send feature.
