Passed the Sales Software Test but No Certificate?

Hi there,

I just passed the Sales Software Exam and received no certificate, and when I sign into the learning centre it doesn’t show that I completed the test…which I did! I never received an email either?

Where has my test gone?!

Hi @bindye,

It looks like you still need to create a deal, send an email with a template and create a task queue in order to complete the practicum.
