These three suggestions would really make Campaigns work for us. Currently, it’s pretty clunky and unhelpful.
- Parent-child association (exactly like @spotthehub suggests)
- Merging of campaigns
- Renaming campaigns (even if this is just in front-end, for tracking reasons)
