hello,

We have liked Pandadoc with HubSpot.

But when we click on CREATE A DOCUMENT in the Pandadoc section, sometime we get an erreur message about a trouble with integration.

It happening 505 of the time. Not always.

What could cause this problem and how to solve it

Hi @istlaurent

Please find the solution

for the similar issue reported to Pandadoc support - the issue is blocking third-party cookies on both sites, which I had set as default on Firefox.

Reply from Pandadoc support: “It’s likely you have the “Block third-party cookies” setting enabled in your browser. Depending on which browser you’re using, follow one of these links to disable this setting:
• Firefox
• Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
In Safari, go to Preferences \> Privacy \> Manage website data. Click Remove all, or select [hubspot.com](http://hubspot.com) and [pandadoc.com](http://pandadoc.com) and click Remove.
Additionally, you may need to disable the “Prevent cross-site tracking” setting in Safari (it should be turned off)”

In firefox, it’s as simple as clicking the shield icon in the address bar and then adding an exception for the site.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!

Warm regards
