Pandadoc Integration document metadatas vanished

Hello,

Since early august every Pandadoc document created in a deal though the Pandadoc connected app are missing their HUBSPOT metadatas.

Current documents metadata :

Before early august metadata :

I heard from our HUBSPOT people that there was a huge update at that time, i’m not really familiar with HUBSPOT since I just use the API to transfer datas from apps to apps.

HubSpot has been migrating third-party apps from Legacy CRM Cards to App Cards, which changes how CRM context (deal ID, company ID, contact ID) is delivered to external apps.

PandaDoc’s integration may need an update to handle the new context format and re-populate the metadata_hubspot.* fields.

I’d recommend reaching out to PandaDoc support, they’ll be able to check on this.

Hi @Vich,@Berangere is right, HubSpot changed how apps are built this summer, and we built DocuGen on the new version.
