Pages are not indexed by Google

Hey, I have have an issue on my blog and Database website. Pages are not indexed by Google. I checked out the code and there are no reason they shouldn’t be no-indexed, the code is clear. Still I have to manually indexed each page on search console. I don’t get why even if I put the sitemap on Search console it doesn’t index. It explore but exludes the pages for no apparent reason. And it is only for our website on hubspot; We don’t have these issue on ou other websites out of the solution

I noticed that it is when a video is implanted in the page that the problem arises most often. I put everything on Youtube because obviously google does not support the way the videos are hosted on hubspot in addition to the problems of displaying the videos directly hosted on hubspot
