Page submitted on: ... in Custom Email notification to team

The default internal email notifications that get sent upon HubSpot form submissions include the page that form submission happened on. This is great!

However, those emails are not customizable and include all the form fields (even if they are hidden in the form) … but my boss wants to use that email notification to forward to the submitter and continue some lead qualification. She doesn’t want those hidden fields included in the email.

So, I turned off the default email notifications, built a new workflow and a new email to use with it… but I can’t find the right personalization token to use to get the ‘Page submitted on’ information. I tried ‘Last page seen’, but that definitely does not work in my testing.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Or am I doomed to the same fate as this Idea submitter?

One option could be to create a property called “Last converting page” and add it as a hidden field on the form with the default value as the page name. Then you can include this property within the email on the workflow.

Hope that helps!
