# Page showing 404 error

Hi there,

We’ve had a page live for months that used to work correctly and today it shows error 404. [https://info.satisfilabs.com/home\_prod\_llm](https://info.satisfilabs.com/home_prod_llm)

Can you please provide some guidance on what happened?

Hi @AMargulis this is certainly strange can you confirm that the website/landing page is still published in your account?

Also can you confirm that other pages on your info. subdomain are still working as expected? Have you modified the DNS records for the info. subdomain?

Hey there! Yes, it is still published. All all the other landing pages work as expected. We haven’t modified the DNS records for the info. subdomain.
