Page cannot be indexed: Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag

Hi there,

Question for everyone. I have successfully submitted my sitemap.xml file in Google Search Console, but my website page URLs are not allowed to be indexed. I got an error: “No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header” in Google Search Console. Any ideas why, and how to fix this error?

google search console

Thanks, everyone.

Hi @IshuSingh94,

Could you check the robots.txt as per these settings? Prevent content from appearing in search results

Best regards

Yes, already check all these settings: Prevent content from appearing in search results

I already checked the robots.txt as per these settings. Prevent content from appearing in search results, but my website URL is still not indexing and still showing same error, “No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header” in Google Search Console live test.

Hi @IshuSingh94!

Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like the URL is hosted on one of HubSpot’s system domains (it has “hs-sites” in the URL). To my knowledge, these are always set to no-index and that cannot be overwritten. You’ll need to connect your own domain if you’d like those pages indexed.

Hope this helps,
