I’m using a company mail that is connected through an OVH mail exchnage server. However it is not working.

In Mozilla Thunderbird I am using ssl0.ovh.net as IMAP Mail Server with Port 993, however in HubSpot I get an error and it says it should be like: https://ssl0.ovh.netS/EWS/Exchange.asmx

When trying this proposal, it still does not work.

Anyone else using an OVH hosted mail with HubSpot? How do you work with HubSpot?

I wanted to share this knowledge base article regarding technical requirements for connecting your IMAP account to HubSpot.

Can you please confirm if your email client meets these requirements and if you (or your IT team) have allowlisted IP addresses if needed? Thank you!
