Putting a comment in so that it gets reviewed - we majorly need this update! I need to stop and re-start all of the recurring report emails and have no idea which ones are being sent.

I would like to be able to see that they actually sent as well! With team changes, it is nearly impossible to know what is going out and when. Do the emails delete if you remove the user? I have no way to know or check.
Please add control over these automated emails!
Upvoting this - I am surprised to see that HubSpot hasn’t fixed the recurring report feature when this original thread started 2 years ago! Does “upvoting” actually help the product team make changes? This doesn’t seem like a complicated feature to add.
Really need this! Is there even a way to cancel a schedueld report even if you know where it is?
Need this! There are so many reports/dashboards that were/are set up to send notifications to execs and other teams. It’s a nightmare to go in to each report and update these overtime as it becomes irrelevant to the teams or we move away from reporting on certain metrics.

Agree - this is needed.
An absolute must have, seems crazy that this was not implemented when they created reoccuring emails.
It is revelant , imagine having hundreds of reports and unable to managed these recurring emails. Hubspot we need this feature.

Need this… bad.
We desperately need this. We need a centralized place to be able find all the scheduled report emails that go out. When we go through company restructuring, we need to know what reports to unsubscribe someone from and which reports to subscribe someone too, without the using telling me each one they receive. Even if there was a filter on the report list screen for “recurring share”, that would be helpful in the meantime.
It is very difficult to find which reports have a setup recurring share via email. It is required to click into each individual report to see if this has been setup.
It would be great to be able to filter reports on this, or better yet, have a view with all of the reports that are setup to send on a recurring basis, the recurring details, including timing and users it is sent to.
