Thanks for reaching out!

I edited one of your images as it showed personal information regarding email.

As a first troubleshooting step, can you please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the add-in?

If the error continues after trying out these steps, I would recommend reaching out to your IT Team / Email administrator to check on your email setup and to ensure the HubSpot Sales application is granted access.

This issue may be due to your organization’s system settings that prevents the Sales Extension from running.
