I click login, and after selecting the office365 (Microsoft) login, the menu stays the same, and it does not reflect the actual log in of the user.
In the console a bunch of errors show up
@nickelnext maybe I’m missing something - but is this on the Microsoft end of things? Is it something their support can help with? It looks like the HubSpot-Microsoft 365 integration should work pretty smoothly on the the HubSpot side.

It does not work on Outlook Web nor in theNew Outlook Desktop (which is clearly a web-based application)
Does not work on Mozilla, Edge and Chrome. Not sure how to contact anybody on Outlook team…the outlook works fine EXCEPT FOR the hubspot plugin
Now it sou
I have the same issue. I click login and then the sales addin pane changes to “logged in?let’s go”
A new window opens and it allows me to select the correct Hubspot account, it shows it is succesfull in the end and closes automatically. The minute it closes the sales addin pane changes to “login” again.
I have followed all solutions found on hubspot knowledgebase like, enabling third party cookies, clearing browsing cache, etc but it still does not work. I also tried with Edge and it did not work.
I use a free hubspot account along with Microsoft 365 Basic, and Outlook online. From what I have understood this combination should work.
Same issue here on 5 laptops. 4 of them eventually got through (after days of clicking, reinstalling, deleting, etc). The 5th one really won’t go.
Really frustrating to see it is a common problem and not solved.
Experiencing the same issue on all devices. Hubspot makes the plugin, and based on the error log above, and their general unwillingness to support basic features in Outlook (e.g. shared mailboxes), I’d be pretty confident the issue is on Hubspot’s end.
