If I use the ‘add additional’ email addresses function in the contact form and use the outlook integration plugin to synchronise with my outlook address book, should the additional email show in outlook because I can only see the main addresses?

Please, ensure that your synchronization settings are configured to include all email addresses associated with contacts. Sometimes, default settings might prioritize primary email addresses. Adjusting these settings can ensure that all email addresses are synchronized.
Double-check your Outlook display settings to ensure that they are configured to show all available contact details, including additional email addresses. Sometimes, certain views or configurations might hide non-primary email addresses by default. ( More information here)
