I tried several times to synchronize my contacts Hubspot with my Outlook Database, but columns aren’t fit.
For example, the column “category” which appears in hubspot is not detected in Outlook.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your Outlook contact sync with HubSpot,
For this, you need to add new field mapping.
But make sure you have a CRM Suite plan, with this you have the option of adding new fields to your contacts syncing

Outlook contacts deprecated the folders capability and the folders now converted to categories.
The old sync will not work, if a user setup multiple integrations into different folders, as now we only have 1 folder to sync into.
Can you kindly update the API to allow users to sync into categories instead of folders WITHOUT requiring an upgrade. We want to retain the existing functionality we currently have.
