Outlook desktop add-in doesn't work properly in Windows 11

Outlook desktop add-in doesn’t work properly in Windows 11.
What happens is that everry time I want to send an email, my screen turns black for almost 20 seconds. When it starts up again, many times the applications running are crippled. I can’t work like this and therefore I have disabled this add-in. As a result of this Hubspot has a lower effeciency. I have reported this weeks ago, but it seems nothing happened with this.
Please fix this problem.

The outlook add in feels a little neglected. Although I don’t have the same issue as @JorisVdB, the root cause seems the Add-in. The specif issue I encounter is that when I scroll through my sent items, the “click / open” count registers as if the client opened and read the email. I have listed my own IP address and added the company domain to the white list. It doesn’t work. Any and all help welcomed to resolve this.
