I want to import my outlook contacts. It’s not accepting my outlook CSV file as a valid csv file.

Just found out Hubpot doesn’t recognize capital .CSV must be lower case .csv
For the future, you may want to try out this tool that checks your CSV file for formatting and data issues prior to importing, to help avoid potential errors.
