Outlook Contacts - sync only contacts owned by the person

Hello,

If I have my Outlook Contacts syncing with HubSpot (both ways), is there a way to synnc only the contacts I own to my Outlook contacts? I don’t want to have ALL contacts from HubSpot on there, only the ones I am responsible for.

Note: I am super admin so I need to keep access to all contacts across owners so cannot limit my access that way.

I love the question, thank you for asking the Community!
I understand that you are using the “Outlook contacts” integration.
You’d like to sync only some of the contacts.
It seems from this article “Connect HubSpot and Outlook Contacts” that you can choose the Outlook Contacts Folder you’d like to sync, in the configuration of the sync settings.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts and some of our Community Members that also use this integration to this conversation: Hi @SNigam, @jolle, @NMadison, @karstenkoehler and @BAfia .

Thank you for your response.

Yes, I did see that option, but I can only choose the folder on the Outlook side.

What I would like, is to only have have some of the HubSpot contacts sybcing with my Outlook Contacts (only the ones I am an owner for).

Let me know if that makes sense?

We have THOUSANDS of contacts. If each rep could sync only the contacts on which they are the owner, this feature would make sense. Syncing all of the contacts just makes a mess!
