We’d like to be able to sync our calendars with Hubspot but also use the Calendly integration. However, when we did that, we had issues with appointments being duplicated since Hubspot saw the meetings on both our Outlook calendar and from Calendly. I believe what we had to do was turn off the “calendar sync” to stop that from happening, but what we’re doing now doesn’t really meet our needs either. Is there a way to have both and not duplicate meetings?
Hi @MOnaka,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
As you mentioned It is expected that there may be duplicates when using multiple calendar integrations. If you primarily use Calendly for booking meetings instead of HubSpot meeting links, it is recommended to disable the two-way calendar sync integration. Alternatively, if you prefer to use the Calendar integration on its own, you can uninstall the Calendly integration. However, it is not advised to use both simultaneously.
I understand that having both integrations is valuable to you. I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Connect multiple calendars to 1 HubSpot account. To contribute, upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
