Hi Folks,

I’m trying to sync my email signature on Microsoft and OUtlook with Ubspot emails going out.

If not possible, when I add the email signatuere as a HTML from outlooks html code - it does not show the iamges.

Can anyone assist?

Hello @CMcGuicken

Check the size of the image you used while creating the signature. The best image sizes are always less than 1MB. If it’s greater than or equal to 1MB, then reduce the image size and try again.
Internet connection and load speed might also be another cause, but that will still take us back to the image size.
