I would like to have an option of an out of office auto reply email to customers who send in emails after we have left for the day. I need to be able to include time sensitive information as well as information on how the customer can help themselves while we are away. Currently that is only available with chat.
I agree, there needs to be a way of enabling and out of office for shut downs, bank holidays etc
